Hello, I'm Dahlas

Pregnancy and postpartum health and exercise is something I'm incredibly passionate about. I love helping women enjoy safe and appropriate exercises so they can feel their physical and emotional best during and after pregnancy.

My experience as a National Marketing Manager, mother to 3 beautiful children and 20 years experience working as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Business owner inspired me to create Bodyfabulous. I've been featured in Women's Health and Fitness Magazine, Aaptiv, Health Fitness Travel Australia, and many other popular online publications, programs and blogs.

My goal is to help all women to be the happiest, most fabulous version of themselves inside and out. By providing real solutions, that I've personally researched and used before, during and after my own 3 pregnancies. I follow the philosophy that exercise is a fabulous way to honour and connect to our bodies rather than just a tool to change it.
